Our Awesome Team

Andrew Bryce

Founder & CEO

Andy is the charismatic leader of Sixty Seconds. Tackling everything from strategy and speaking prophetic marketing truths, to stocking the Friday beer trolley, Andy founded Sixty Seconds to do one thing – help businesses hire better.

The Prince of King Street, Andy’s latest project has been building out the Sixty Seconds Marketing division. Taking the core premise of video, Sixty Seconds now addresses the entire marketing funnel.

Favourite thing: Turning ideas into something tangible

Least favourite thing: Cancelled holidays!

Marketing tip on a postcard: Embrace paid social to push past your organic networks

Faye Lewis

Co-Founder and COO

Faye is a pillar of the recruitment community. From having built the marketing function of two top tier recruiters – Montreal Associates and La Fosse – Faye joined Sixty Seconds with a razor focus on marketing strategy. Specialising in leadership, launching new products, and building strategy from the ground up, Faye’s awards shelf is bigger than your wine cabinet.

Favourite thing: Seeing results from hard work and planning exceed expectation, music, history, literature, films, castles, oh, and of course, Christina Hendricks.

Least favourite thing: Injustice in any of its forms.

Marketing tip on a postcard: Perfect doesn’t exist – everything can be improved on.

Marketing tip on a postcard: Embrace failure. A failed experiment isn’t a failure. It’s an opportunity to learn

Raphael Goverd

Motion Graphic Designer

Give a Renaissance painter a mouse and computer, and replace that easel with some top-of-the-line animation software, and you’ll have Raff. No-one knows why he’s still covered in paint, but we don’t question it. Art is ineffable like that. Raff takes scripts and makes them sing – throws colour, sound and shapes at a project, and transforms an employer brand into something memorable.

Favourite thing: I do love a good movie, live action or animated, favourites being ‘Children of men’, ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Up’.

Least favourite thing: Daytime television… Being made to watch ‘Bargain hunt’ or ‘homes under the hammer’ is like torture to me.

Marketing tip on a postcard: Aesthetics are everything, colours, layout. Making something eye catching is key.

Abi O'Grady

Marketing Campaign Manager

Abi is our resident marketing expert – from PPC to social media ads, if it’s pay per click, she’s on it. Having once started her own business sending medical equipment to The Philippines, she knows a little something about getting stuff done. Abi brings buckets of marketing experience to the table, and helps clients squeeze every last drop of success from their campaigns.

Favourite thing: Dalmatians (although I’ve never owned one)

Least favourite thing: Spicy food!

Marketing tip on a postcard: Don’t underestimate small tweaks and changes. A little goes a long way.
