How long does it take to get started with your services?

This is dependant on what package you choose also also on where your current marketing efforts are at.

We have onboarding calls with all new clients to effectively plan timescales and workflow.

Can I pause my subscription in line with business requirements?

Unfortunately not. Unlike other subscriptions, marketing requires a continuous flow to generate results. Once we have created a plan with you to achieve your business goals, pausing this will impact the effectiveness of our campaigns.

My marketing needs do not fit within any of your subscription packages, can I still work with you?

Yes of course. We have put together three packages full of services that we commonly see clients requesting.

Is all the work done by the Sixty Seconds team?

Yes, every service we offer is completed by the Sixty Seconds team. We do not outsource any work to third parties. This ensures we control the quality of all work completed by Sixty Seconds.

What is Sixty Seconds onboarding process?

Step 1: An initial call to scope out your requirements and discover whether we are a good fit for your business.

Step 2: We will arrange a face-to-face meeting or video conference (depending on location) to further discuss your requirements with the wider team.

Step 3: We deliver a proposal and a project plan including costs.

Step 4: If you feel like we would be a valuable addition to your team, the proposal will be agreed.

Step 5: Contracts will be drawn up and signed by both parties.

Step 6: Project meeting to discuss timeframes and project start dates.

Yes. We can run marketing campaigns for as many brands as required. Please note that there will be a charge for each additional brand.

I already have my own in-house marketing team, can I just use your video builder?

Yes, if you already have the required skill in-house we can provide you with access to our video builder to create branded content.

How long do I need to commit to working with Sixty Seconds?

We will ask you to commit for a minimum term. This term will be based on your project and objectives. Having a minimum term allows us enough time to acquire data, analyse and implement a strategy that will generate the results you want.

Does it matter if my company if located in a different city to Sixty Seconds?

Not at all, we work with clients across the whole of the UK.

How often will results be reported?

Bespoke monthly performance reports will be provided. You will have a thorough explanation of these reports with your account manager to go through performance metrics and data.

You will also be provided with a weekly report detailing only key metrics to ensure you are kept in the loop with strategy success.
